COOKING CLASS: PASTA AND TIRAMISU

Date: Monday, September 14th

Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking in one of Rome’s most historic eateries. Guided by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and craft the perfect tiramisù — all with local ingredients and authentic techniques passed down through generations. 

Once the cooking is done, sit down and enjoy your creations with fellow students in the warm and cozy atmosphere of a traditional Roman trattoria.

Good to know: 

  • No cooking experience required 

  • Vegetarian and gluten-free options available upon request 

  • Directions to the restaurant will be shared after registration 

Activity Info & Deadlines:  

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old by the start of the trip  

  • Registration deadline: August 31

  • Withdrawal deadline: August 31

  • Activity switch deadline: September 5

  • No-show or late cancellation fee: € 50

  • Minimum participants: 10 

  • Dinner and extra snacks/drinks not included
