Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking in one of Rome’s most historic eateries! Guided by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to make traditional tortellini from scratch. Tortellini are a dumpling-like stuffed pasta and a specialty of Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region, which is renowned for its rich culinary heritage. Discover the secrets behind their delicate shape, savory filling, and authentic flavors passed down through generations.
