Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through the iconic flavors of Roman cuisine. In this special cooking class led by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to prepare one of the capital’s most beloved dishes: Saltimbocca alla Romana—tender veal topped with prosciutto and sage, cooked in white wine and butter. Hosted in a cozy, traditional eatery, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn how to cook like a real Roman: simple ingredients, bold flavors, and timeless techniques.
