Discover a peaceful and hidden corner of Trastevere! Come join this meditation session and discover some useful and powerful tools to practice breathing and become aware of the inner energy in the most fluid and empathetic way. We will explore the seven major chakras (center of energy) and learn their uses.

It is said that "the longest journey of any person is the journey inward". Step by step, we will enter our inner path to observe and learn a new perspective on emotions.
