Our group will have the entire agriturismo’s cottage reserved exclusively for us, ensuring an intimate and peaceful experience. Surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle hills of Sabina, you’ll find yourself immersed in a world of tranquility far from the bustling city.

The day begins with a cheesemaking workshop, where you’ll learn the secrets of crafting fresh Italian cheese from expert local artisans. Roll up your sleeves and experience the hands-on joy of creating something delicious from scratch. Afterward, we’ll explore the art of olive oil tasting.
