Please note the following requirements associated with this trip:  

• Participants must be 18 years or older,  
• An athletic sports physical, conducted by an Italian Sports doctor, must be completed within 12 months of the scheduled trip date.  

Join us for an unforgettable adventure in Sapri, located on the stunning Cilento Coast in Campania. Explore the beauty of Sapri's port and the surrounding coastline, including a boat tour to discover hidden grottos and the renowned “Baia degli Infreschi.” We are going to explore the WWF Oasis of Bussento Grottos in Mogireati, a lush natural reserve with waterfalls, springs, and ancient trails, followed by a visit to the charming town. We will then head to the local sailing club for some watersports activities and a relaxation time at the beach. On the last day, we will hike the historic mule-track “Apprezami l'asino", with a visit to the Grotto of the Column and the serene Bay of Love. This trip combines breathtaking nature, history, and relaxation—don’t miss it! 

Hiking Level: Moderately Strenuous—This hike will generally be challenging for an unconditioned person. The terrain involves a steady and often steep incline.
