THE ART OF ITALIAN CUISINE: CREATE, BAKE, AND ENJOY YOUR PIZZA!

" What better way to dive into Italian culture than joining a hands-on cooking class in the heart of Rome?  Don’t miss the chance to prepare a typical Italian meal with an Italian chef at a historical restaurant. In this special cooking class, you’ll not only learn how to make classic Italian dishes but also get hands-on experience with the art of pizza-making! You will have a variety of ingredients at your disposal to suit every taste and dietary need. 

Directions to the restaurant will be provided after signing up. 

Minimum Number of Participants Required: 7 
Maximum Number of Participants Required: 15

  • Make traditional fresh pasta from scratch 
  • Learn the secrets to crafting an authentic tiramisù 
  • Cook alongside a professional Italian chef 
  • Share a homemade meal with classmates in a cozy Roman eatery

  • Full dinner (pasta + tiramisù)

  • No prior cooking experience needed

  • Per JCU policy, all university-sponsored trips are alcohol free (unless specified). 
  • Before signing up, please make sure that the dates do not overlap in case of multiple trip/activity sign-ups. The University cannot be held responsible for notifying students of any overlapping registrations that the payment system might register under their name.
