Step into the kitchen of a traditional Roman trattoria and learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisù with a professional Italian chef. Hosted at the historic Enoteca Corsi, this culinary workshop offers hands-on instruction in crafting pasta from scratch and creating a rich, authentic tiramisù. You'll use fresh, local ingredients and techniques passed down for generations. After cooking, sit down with fellow students to enjoy your creations in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Recipes are provided to take home, so you can impress friends and family with your new Italian cooking skills.
