PASTA & TIRAMISU: THE SWEETNESS OF ITALIAN COOKING

I left with a full stomach, a new appreciation for Italian cooking, and a tiramisù recipe that’s already become my go-to for impressing friends!"   Step into the kitchen of a traditional Roman trattoria and learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisù with a professional Italian chef. Hosted at the historic Enoteca Corsi, this culinary workshop offers hands-on instruction in crafting pasta from scratch and creating a rich, authentic tiramisù. You'll use fresh, local ingredients and techniques passed down for generations. After cooking, sit down with fellow students to enjoy your creations in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Recipes are provided to take home, so you can impress friends and family with your new Italian cooking skills.  

Directions to the restaurant will be provided after signing up.

Participating in a JCU-sponsored trip or activity is not an excused absence. Students are responsible for checking their class schedule before committing to a trip or activity. Per JCU policy, all university-sponsored trips are alcohol free (unless specified). 
Before signing up, please make sure that the dates do not overlap in case of multiple trip/activity sign-ups. The University cannot be held responsible for notifying students of any overlapping registrations that the payment system might register under their name.
