Just 20 km southeast of Rome, the Castelli Romani offers the perfect escape from the city’s hustle. This group of hilltop towns is known for its volcanic landscape, wine production, and relaxed lifestyle. Our destination is Frascati, one of the most beloved towns in the area—famous for its elegant villas, scenic views, and lively wine culture. In the afternoon, we’ll head straight to a historic winery surrounded by rolling vineyards. There, we’ll take part in a guided visit of the cellar, followed by a wine tasting led by local experts. To enrich the experience, we’ll pause for a brief moment of guided meditation among the vines, soaking in the peace and beauty of the countryside. After the winery experience, we’ll reach the heart of Frascati for a guided walking tour of the town’s charming streets, with a stop at an artisanal bakery shop, to discover traditional local products. The evening will culminate with a delicious dinner at San Rocco Restaurant, where you’ll enjoy authentic Roman countryside cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting.
