Step into the timeless elegance of Rome’s premier opera house for a powerful night of music, emotion, and drama. Join us at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma for a special performance of Adriana Mater, a contemporary opera by Finnish composer Kaija Saariaho. Set in a war-torn world, this poignant work explores themes of motherhood, memory, and moral choice—brought to life through haunting melodies and striking stage design.  You’ll be accompanied by a JCU staff member for this cultural evening out. No formal dress code is required, but we encourage you to dress smart for the occasion and enjoy one of the most evocative musical experiences Rome has to offer.
