Cooking Class: Preparing Roman Recipes
Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through the iconic flavors of Roman cuisine. In this special cooking class led by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to prepare some of the capital’s most beloved dishes, the famous Saltimbocca alla Romana—tender veal topped with prosciutto and sage, cooked in white wine and butter. Hosted in a cozy, traditional eatery, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn how to cook like a real Roman: simple ingredients, bold flavors, and timeless techniques.
