Cooking Class: Tortellini Making
Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking in one of Rome’s most historic eateries. Guided by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to make tortellini from scratch — from the delicate dough to the intricate fold that gives them their iconic shape — and finish the experience by preparing a luscious, traditional tiramisù.
All ingredients are local, all techniques are authentic, and every gesture carries the flavor of generations of Italian culinary heritage. Once the cooking is done, sit down and enjoy your creations with fellow students in the warm and cozy atmosphere of a traditional Roman trattoria.
