Cooking Class: Easter Recipes
Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking in one of Rome’s most historic eateries. Guided by a professional Italian chef, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Italian Easter desserts — from the soft, fragrant colomba dough to the creamy, citrus-kissed fillings of classic holiday pastries — all crafted entirely from scratch.
All ingredients are local, all techniques are authentic, and every gesture carries the flavor of generations of Italian heritage.
Once the cooking is done, sit down and savor your creations with fellow students in the warm, cozy atmosphere of a traditional Roman trattoria.
